Senior Sales & Business Development Manager (f/m/d)

 

Your Role

As a Senior Sales & Business Development Manager at QULECTRA, you will be responsible for administrative, strategic sales and business development topics. You will define processes and sales reporting and deal with profit and revenue forecasts for future projects. For the preparation of quotations, you will create effort-based calculations and process customer inquiries. You can expect a variety of tasks and intensive insights into an exciting business field strongly focused on business and customer acquisition.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Business and customer acquisition starting from the beginning based on cold calls and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Independent support of customers in all administrative and organizational aspects

  • Supporting to build up a sales structure and system for quotations

  • Development of sales strategies for new products, customers and market fields

  • Calculation and preparation of complex offers as well as presentation and negotiation of the offers

  • Coordination of contracts with customers and legal department at Wieland & ME or external

  • Handling of customer inquiries regarding cost indications, as well as inquiries regarding technical and commercial aspects in coordination with development & production

  • Representation of QULECTRA on exhibitions and conferences

 

Your Profile

  • University degree in the fields of international business management, industrial engineering, industrial economics, business development, or comparable activity with at least 5 years of professional experience

  • Ambition and open-mindedness, structured way of working, service mentality as well as flexible and open way of thinking and interest in technology

  • High customer orientation

  • Strong communication and team skills

  • Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent skills in German and English, both written and spoken

  • Good manners and expression

  • High degree of independence, organizational skills and willingness to travel
