Q-BASIC

Simply functional. Quickly networked.

The Q-BASIC is an electron beam welded shunt-based current sensor, which is characterized by its uncomplicated functionality and high power handling in a small form factor. It can be integrated into your systems without additional soldering effort - for seamless current and temperature monitoring.

  • Automotive 7-pin connector

  • Analog signal output

  • AEC-Q200 qualified NTC with 10kOhm @ 25°C ±1 %

  • Low thermal EMF of < 2,4 µV/K

  • Redundant pins for current measurement

  • Nickel-tinned contact material for optimal corrosion protection

  • Available in four standard sizes and with resistance values from 25 to 100 µΩ - individual customization possible on request

  • Optional: DMC-integration for data exchange

  • Optional: plastic housing

Q-SMART

The plus of smart functions.

Intelligent and digital - the Q-SMART combines smart functions for high-precision current measurement based on ASIL-D and communicates to the battery management system via CAN bus to determine the State of Charge (SOC). The sensor enables highly integrated, redundant measurements in automotive and energy storage systems at the highest safety level, reliably giving you economic advantages at a system level.

  • Automotive 4-pin connector

  • Digital signal transmission via CAN2.0 interface

  • Integrated safety mechanisms (QM to ASIL-D possible)

  • Maximum measurement accuracy with deviations of <0,5 %

  • Current measurement range of +/-2000A

  • Advanced integrated temperature compensation

  • Available in two standard sizes and with resistance values from 35 to 70 µΩ - customization available on request
